Job Summary
As part of the On-Trade team, drive the implementation of the Commercial plan to deliver Distribution and Visibility targets for Bacardi’s brands in Valencia and Barcelona regions. Negotiate in Point of Sale, activate brand presence to influence consumer purchase, and guide strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance with On-Trade customers in your region. Focus on growing the Premium portfolio and Innovations while protecting the Core business; develop opportunities, execute consumer-focused initiatives, and contribute to achieving the IAP-driven objectives. Requirements include a demonstrable track record in Commercial/field sales, affinity with On-Trade, Events or Promotions, strong independent organization, solid negotiation and communication skills, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred
- Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions
- Solid ability to organize your work independently and effective
- Solid negotiation skills
- Good Communicator and an active listener
- Team player
