Job Summary
Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success while managing 1-2 analysts and mentoring associates. Lead product and pricing strategies for lending products, direct-to-consumer marketing efforts, and credit risk modeling to improve consumer credit performance. Execute against product strategy by sequencing delivery, building requirements, and collaborating with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to enhance quality, volume, and service. Apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges in a collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Desired Qualifications
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
- Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in analysis
- 2+ years of experience in financial services
- 1+ year of experience in consulting
- 2+ years of experience in people management
