Job Summary
Own the Revenue Operations team agenda and work roadmap while partnering with TM Sales Leadership to establish sales strategy and expectations. Develop business strategies that drive growth and efficiency, then design accountability mechanisms and reporting across new opportunities, customer management, and sales pipeline performance. Manage and sequence delivery of business intent to support CRM development and centralized infrastructure, while providing intent to BA, DA, Product, Ops, and Tech partners. Oversee multiple projects concurrently and mentor associates to develop and retain talent.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in analysis
- 2+ years of experience in financial services
- 1+ year of experience in consulting
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Sales Force Effectiveness
