Job Summary
Oversee financial consolidation and workload planning for software product increments across multiple sites; support roadmaps and vision by aligning workload with squads, establish metrics and routines to monitor financial activities, and drive earn value deployment. Manage subcontractors and ensure consistent budgeting, capacity and predictability through the product journey. Lead governance and program coordination to deliver reliable financial projections and Earn Value Management updates, converting complex programs into actionable plans.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Degree from recognised institution or 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Track record of delivering software complex projects
- Full engineering lifecycle management (software engineering, specification engineering, qualification and deployment)
- Very good understanding and strong experience of Cost/financial management
- Experience on complex programs with numerous stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of processes and techniques to schedule project activities (e.g., WBS, OBS, milestones, cost models, dependencies, EVM, workload)
- Ability to manage subcontractors in a complex program and align with company interests
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary, multi-site, multi-country organization
- Strong knowledge of traditional WP breakdown and Agile@Scale approaches
