Job Summary
The Regional Business Manager – MEA for TempRite is responsible for driving business growth and profitability across the MEA region. The role involves full P&L management, strategic planning and execution at the regional level, team building and organizational development, and enhancing regional capabilities. Responsibilities also include establishing a Management Operating System for performance tracking and operational excellence, driving results through effective performance management processes, and maintaining effective communication with global leadership. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of regional business leadership experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in a regional business leadership role
- Demonstrated success managing full P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership abilities
- Experience implementing global strategies at a regional level
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Experience in the chemical, materials, or relevant B2B industry
