Job Summary
Business Manager opportunities pool focusing on driving the operating rhythm of the organization, budgeting, cross-team projects, executive communications, and client-facing advisory. Responsibilities include coordinating town halls, OKRs, all-hands meetings, onboarding, and program governance; fostering a positive culture and measuring employee satisfaction; maintaining an editorial calendar of org-wide communications and executives’ speaking engagements; partnering with leadership to develop learning and training plans; delivering data-driven insights and KPIs to inform strategic investments; and supporting resource planning and policy implementations across teams. Requires substantial experience in project/program management or management consulting, strong communication and stakeholder management, ability to work with experts, and comfort with remote work and adjusting to changes in a dynamic consulting/engagement environment.
Required Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience with project management, program management, management consulting and/or industry practitioner
- Experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, marketing technology, business operations, customer experience strategy and design, customer insights and analytics
- Superior communication and client-facing skills; able to engage with multiple-stakeholder teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others in high-pressure situations and to manage productively through conflict
- Experience working with subject matter experts with deep content knowledge
- Motivated, self-starting, comfortable with high rates of change—and with a natural desire to accept challenges and diverse assignments
- Able to work effectively remotely (and across time zones, when necessary)
