Job Summary
Business Manager for the Swiss legal entity and local sales operations in Zurich/Geneva. Manage governance and regulatory compliance for the Swiss entity, coordinate with Luxembourg management company, and oversee local sales distribution operations, including financial reporting and office management. Lead and develop the local support team (client services, foreign funds representative officer, office staff) and drive local projects. Requires 5–7 years in asset management or related strategy consulting, degree in Business/Finance/Economics, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in German and English. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and Salesforce is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in asset management or as a strategy consultant
- Strong understanding of the Swiss asset management landscape
- Proven leadership experience in small teams
- Excellent analytical, financial, and commercial skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, QlikView) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is advantageous
- Fluent in German and English
