Job Summary
Manage a team to enable Business and Country Heads to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions across multiple locations by assessing strategic priorities and adapting them to diverse contexts. Stay current on macroeconomic developments, legislation, and industry regulations to translate insights into recommendations for strategic decision-making. Facilitate operational delivery initiatives, prepare presentation packs for thought leadership, and serve as a proxy for Executive representation in meetings and stakeholder engagements. Track project metrics, identify delivery risks, and escalate issues with targeted recommendations. Ensure execution aligns with the Business Unit and broader Group strategy while leveraging established networks to deliver shared outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Business Commerce
- 1-2 years -Business Support
- 3-4 years
- Demonstrate ability to lead a team to enable a effective delivery
- Able to use established networks inside and outside the organisation deliver shared outcomes
- Experience integrating initiatives across projects and target audiences to exploit economies of scale, shared learning and optimal resource utilisation
