Job Summary
Manage a team to enable Business and Country Heads to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions across multiple locations while assessing strategic priorities and adapting them to diverse contexts. Stay current on macroeconomic developments, legislation, and industry regulations to translate insights into recommendations influencing strategic decision-making within the Business Unit and Group Function. Facilitate operational delivery and efficiency initiatives, preparing presentation packs for thought leadership and serving as a proxy for the Executive in key meetings and stakeholder engagements. Track strategic project metrics, identify delivery risks, and make escalation recommendations to ensure alignment with broader Group strategy and optimal resource utilization.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Business Commerce
- 1-2 years -Business Support
- 3-4 years
- Demonstrate ability to lead a team to enable a effective delivery
- Able to use established networks inside and outside the organisation deliver shared outcomes
- Experience integrating initiatives across projects and target audiences to exploit economies of scale, shared learning and optimal resource utilisation
