Job Summary
Administer and manage customer contracts for routine maintenance, turnaround services, and construction, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate documentation. Lead commercial contract execution including change management, risk mitigation, and margin enhancement while monitoring financial performance through revenue, cost, and variance analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Project Controls, and Supply Chain teams to support project planning, bidding, and bill rate development. Drive business performance by leading reviews, supporting audits, and providing insights to leadership. Requires 7+ years in project management within heavy industrial environments and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 7+ years' experience in project management or project controls in heavy industrial environments (refinery, chemical plant, power plant or similar.)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance management within industrial facilities
- AACEI accreditation
