Job Summary
Business Manager (6-month contract) in Asia overseeing growth and transformation of Investment Solutions & Products in wealth management. Responsibilities include preparing high-impact discussion papers for senior leadership, tracking and improving business performance (P&L), providing strategic analysis on financials and product development, ensuring regulatory compliance (KYC, due diligence, AML, cross-border), leading development/maintenance of the PFS intranet, enhancing sales, marketing and training tools for platforms, designing and executing educational campaigns to empower sales teams and clients, and managing the product library with factsheets, pitchbooks, disclaimers, vendor contracts, and invoices. Requires university education and 5-8 years of banking/wealth management experience, strong understanding of financial markets, proficiency with MS Office, ability to translate ideas into action, and excellent communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have University education with ideally a recognized financial qualification
- Minimum 5-8 years of solid experience in banking industry, preferably with relevant experience in Wealth Management in Asia
- Solid understanding of financial markets and banking
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products and sales management including local regulatory requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; ability to adapt to changing technology
- Ability to interpret and transpose ideas into actions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and impact: convey clear information, accurate and concise, tailored to audience
