Job Summary
Develop and maintain the strategic plan for Risk Management, translating it into deliverables plans while tracking execution and preparing options for competing priorities. Own the operating rhythm of the Risk function by coordinating leadership meetings, governance calendars, board planning, and executive papers to ensure regulatory commitments are met. Lead financial management of the function through budget setting, monitoring, and workforce planning support. Provide CRO executive support by synthesizing information, identifying key issues, and ensuring decisions are implemented. Maintain stakeholder maps and develop internal communications plans with associated messages and presentations. This 5-6 month contract role supports planning and alignment across the division with a focus on strategic, financial, and transformational perspectives.

- 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Manager or Chief of Staff
- experience in Risk Management
- Hands-on proven project management skills
- Data savvy, including financial management, forecasting and budgeting
- Sound knowledge of financial services processes, systems and products
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Sound judgement in complex and ambiguous situations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
