Job Summary
Business Manager to support strategic account growth and cross-functional execution across sales, delivery, and solutions teams. Responsibilities include enforcing sales processes, governance, and operational standards; facilitating cross-functional alignment with legal, finance, and delivery; managing the sales pipeline and CRM data; coordinating customer meetings and action follow-ups; supporting proposal development and SOWs; and providing forward-looking revenue insights and account strategy support. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience are preferred. Hybrid work from Minneapolis preferred, with remote consideration for the right fit, and eligibility restricted to U.S. citizens.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in sales operations, business operations, account coordination, program support, contracts administration, customer success, or related business functions
