Job Summary
Leads and facilitates cross-functional projects with organizational leaders, providing analytical support and reporting on strategic and operational initiatives. Serves as the point of contact for strategic, financial, and business processes on behalf of leaders. Requires leadership experience and strong communication skills, with familiarity in financial feasibility and proforma development, and working knowledge of EPIC. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is expected. Located in Milwaukee, WI, this role supports a health system dedicated to pediatric care and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a health care environment with strong financial knowledge preferred
- Administrative fellowship completed or accepted in lieu of formal leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated skills in financial feasibility and proforma development
- Working knowledge of EPIC and associated reporting functionalities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across organizational levels
