Job Summary
Achieve budgeted goals for your area of accountability by leading analysis and development of marketing plans, product promotions, advertising, in-store displays, merchandising strategies, and inventory forecasting. Execute new strategic initiatives for assigned categories while managing supplier relationships through rate negotiation and alignment on mutually established goals. Attract, develop, and retain key talent to enable collective goals, including hiring, training, coaching, and guiding direct reports. Interpret sales analysis data to assist senior leadership and foster thought leadership within the account team. Collaborate with internal and external marketing resources to drive innovation and deliver on agreed-upon metrics across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of professional work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Business as field of study or area of experience
- Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, & web browsers
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills

- Track Record of Building & Maintaining Customer/Client Relationships
