Job Summary
Manage a single account or key category within the brokerage business by achieving budgeted goals and executing strategic plans for marketing, promotions, advertising, and inventory forecasting. Lead the analysis and development of merchandising strategies while ensuring the execution of the Large Account Management Process framework to identify critical initiatives and relationships. Attract, develop, and retain key talent to enable the collective goals of the customer and the enterprise, including hiring, training, and coaching direct reports. Execute new strategic initiatives, negotiate supplier commission rates, and foster thought leadership within the account team. This role supports the company's mission as a leading sales and marketing agency specializing in outsourced services for food products and consumer packaged goods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of professional work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Business as field of study or area of experience
- 3-5 Years of experience in building and nurturing brands
- Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, & web browsers
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Conflict Management Skills
- Decision Making Skills
- Strong Priortizing Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Track Record of Building & Maintaining Customer/Client Relationships
- Ability to Visualize & Plan Objectives & Goals Strategically
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
