Business Manager

Business Manager responsible for the P&L performance of a portfolio of NextEra-generated assets in the South region (primarily SPP). Manages customer relationships, ensures PPAs compliance, oversees financing and regulatory requirements, and develops commercial strategies including repowering and recontracting. Leads cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Power Marketing, Accounting, Development, Project Finance, and others; guides special projects to optimize asset performance; prepares executive-level presentations; analyzes performance against plans; and supports strategic decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, and stakeholder engagement. Highly value analytical and communication skills, with emphasis on customer interaction and proactive opportunity identification across renewable assets and energy markets.
