Job Summary
Sales enablement leadership for IT distribution product groups: develop and implement sales enablement programs, marketing programs, and training; ensure technical pre-sales support, vendor contracts, and vendor relationships align with revenue targets; create and execute business plans for vendor product groups; coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize inventory, forecast performance, and vendor commitments; lead and develop the sales team to achieve product-group objectives, while fostering executive relationships with vendor partners and maintaining safety and inclusive work practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years experience within IT distribution
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Vendor product sales certifications
- Strong leadership attributes
