Business Manager

Manage daily deal operations by assessing customer finance needs, processing credit applications, and closing new pre-owned and brokerage transactions through a consultative approach. Maintain the Revenue Projection Report with deposit schedules and deal statuses while resolving administrative issues to ensure loans fund within 10 days. Oversee title/registration, USCG documentation, and warranty transfers for all transactions, ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and company regulations. Build relationships with lenders and product providers to maximize F&I profit targets and penetration. Address customer concerns promptly and engage potential buyers at boat shows and promotional events. This role drives financial performance and operational excellence within the Finance and Insurance Department, aligning with MarineMax's mission of growth and professionalism.
