Job Summary
Liaise with senior leadership to develop and execute sales and delivery plans, overseeing weekly, quarterly, and annual target planning for New Flyer. Ensure all facilities achieve their weekly sales and delivery targets by creating recovery plans and optimizing detailed line entry schedules. Accurately communicate approved master schedules to internal and external stakeholders while preparing monthly labor forecasting matrices. Prepare and execute operational, tactical, and strategic reports for all stakeholders, promoting the team to attain quarterly and year-end delivery objectives. Lead a team of Analysts, drive improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required 20% based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in either Business or Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work under minimal supervisor
- A history of taking initiative towards seeking processes improvements
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Oracle MRP or similar ERP systems
- Travel Flexibility with the ability to travel 20% based on operational needs
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
