Job Summary
Support the growth of the Systematic Micro and Macro product ecosystem by coordinating onboarding, managing documentation, and tracking client lifecycles. Lead projects of varying complexity across Legal, Operations, Technology, and Compliance while proactively identifying process improvements to strengthen operational risk frameworks. Maintain accurate business data, including terms and agreement tracking, and prepare materials for meetings and committees to drive accountability on action items. Synthesize information from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
- About 5 years of experience in project management, business management, or a comparable operational role
- Ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, able to synthesize information from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights
- Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities
Desired Qualifications
- A background in investment management, product structuring, or experience within an investment management organization
- Technical aptitude or familiarity with development lifecycles
- Experience with investment product structuring or fund operations
