Job Summary
Lead the transformation of credit policy decisioning onto a model-based framework for the Mainstreet Credit Line Increase program. Leverage deep data and modeling analytics to drive in-market changes, validate model performance, and identify new insights. Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success while managing and mentoring analysts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product and pricing strategies, execute direct-to-consumer marketing efforts, and connect future consumer credit trends to historical behavior for risk modeling. Oversee multiple projects concurrently, build business requirements, and sequence delivery of business intent. Work closely with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in analysis
- 2+ years of experience in financial services
- 1+ year of experience in consulting
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- Previous consulting experience
