Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across the media, customer service, and showroom departments. Develop and execute business strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer satisfaction, and sales performance. Coordinate marketing and media activities to strengthen the company's digital and offline presence. Supervise showroom operations, including product display standards, client engagement, and overall aesthetics. Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service delivery and handle escalated issues effectively. Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and product delivery. Monitor departmental budgets, performance metrics, and operational efficiency. Mentor and motivate teams to foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of brand management, customer experience, and retail showroom dynamics
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar managerial role within the interior design, furniture, or manufacturing industry
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple operational units
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Highly organized, analytical, and performance-driven
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail aligned with the interior/furniture industry standards
