Business Manager – International Art Market

Job Summary
Develop and execute global market entry strategies for the US, UK, EU, and Asia while defining pricing, positioning, and revenue models across marketplace sales, the VIP Collectors Club, and corporate art programs. Lead collector acquisition and retention efforts, oversee private high-value transactions to achieve GMV targets, and manage membership growth for the VIP program. Drive corporate sales targeting hotels, embassies, and developers, while representing the platform at global art fairs like Frieze and Art Basel to secure partnerships with galleries and institutions. Supervise day-to-day marketplace operations including artist onboarding, curation, and logistics coordination to ensure platform scalability. Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates and customer lifetime value, providing monthly and quarterly performance reports to the executive team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Art Business, Art History, Fine Arts, Business Administration, or Economics
- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in the international art market
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth collectors, art galleries, auction houses, and global art platforms
- Deep understanding of global art market dynamics
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Established network of collectors, galleries, and advisors
- Experience in digital marketplaces or luxury platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- This Job is fully Onsite in Abuja
