Job Summary
Coordinate Management Committees, business reviews, and strategy sessions to ensure accountability and follow-through for the Market Intermediaries Western Switzerland & Americas segment. Act as the primary liaison between local markets and central functions like Compliance, IT, and Operations, facilitating information exchange and coordinating bank-wide project implementation. Receive and adapt centrally driven directives for local distribution while consolidating front-line feedback and proposals for central consideration. Lead workstreams, develop status updates for senior management, and manage ad-hoc business management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience within private banking, wealth management, or financial services
- demonstrated exposure to both operational support and strategic coordination
- Prior experience in a business management, executive support, or intermediary-facing role
- Solid understanding of Swiss banking practices, regulatory expectations, and front-office workflows
- Exceptional enthusiasm
