Job Summary
Establish productive relationships with regional partner accounts and vendor teams; coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations; meet targets for profitable sales in partner accounts; proactively lead joint partner planning to develop mutual objectives and milestones; assess partner needs; sell through partner organizations to end users; manage channel conflicts; lead solution development to address end-user needs with cross-functional coordination; ensure partner compliance with agreements and drive adoption of company programs.
Required Qualifications
- Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned Regional partner accounts and Regional vendor team
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
- Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally
- Lead solution development efforts that address end-user needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
- Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners
