Job Summary
Business Manager to support the Country Manager and Chief Operating Officer by driving hub-wide initiatives, aligning projects with ING Hubs PH priorities, and coordinating executive support tasks (calendar/communications/minutes/records). Build cross-functional partnerships, oversee policy and process improvements, and pilot initiatives across business units. Responsibilities include developing and implementing internal business processes, coordinating planning sessions with leadership teams, monitoring project plans and success metrics, liaising with local/global stakeholders, and managing executive-level communications and travel arrangements. Emphasis on strategic execution, stakeholder management, organizational design considerations, financials awareness, and ensuring efficient operations to enable growth and service excellence.
