Job Summary
Own the Finance business management framework, including strategic planning, performance management, governance, and operational effectiveness. Translate Finance team strategy into executable plans while monitoring progress against organizational priorities. Lead financial and workforce planning activities, including budget management, forecasting, and resource planning. Act as the CFO's delegate to represent the function with credibility, supporting internal communications on Finance matters. Manage the annual planning cycle, business performance reviews, and governance calendar while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications in Finance, Commerce or related area
- Several years experience as a Business Manager or COS profile role
- Hands-on, project management, continuous improvements and initiatives skills
- Data savvy, including financial management, forecasting and budgeting
- Sound knowledge of financial services processes, systems and products
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Sound judgement in complex and ambiguous situations
- Strong stakeholder management skills to Exco+ level
