Create business plans and sales enablement programs for vendor product groups to achieve revenue targets and maximize profit outcomes. Develop marketing initiatives, coordinate joint ventures with partners, and ensure technical sales teams are properly trained. Manage inventory turns, fulfillment, and obsolescence while maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasting for commercial decision-making. Lead the relevant product groups within TD SYNNEX and the vendor community, driving vertical team performance and resolving behavioral issues. Maintain high-level executive relationships with vendors to introduce new initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in partner satisfaction.
