Job Summary
Business Manager III responsible for end-to-end program management of strategic initiatives within L.A. Care Health Plan. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI development; partners with executive leadership to define objectives, plans, and risk mitigation; drives cross-functional collaboration across departments; ensures compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements; mentors staff and manages cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs on time and within budget. Requires strong strategic thinking, communication, and ability to analyze complex data to improve end-to-end business processes and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in core operations, IT, or finance in program management
- Preferred: Experience on Medi-Cal, Medicare or Covered CA in addition to 6+ years of program management
- Licenses/Certifications: PMP preferred
