Job Summary
Process all accounts receivable and payable, ensure timely rental payment collection, and prepare delinquency notices. Maintain records for allowances, concessions, rent increases, and NSFs while completing move ins, outs, and lease renewals. Review and code property invoices, then collaborate with leasing to develop marketing strategies and conduct tours for new residents. Work Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. TGM Communities acquires and manages apartment properties throughout the U.S. on behalf of investors.
Required Qualifications

- previous apartment management experience
- excellent organizational skills
