Job Summary

Drive customer development and manage the full sales cycle to grow revenue within a designated territory. Collaborate with regional teams, shared services (legal, licensing, finance), and senior management to tailor GeoSoftware solutions for local markets. Key duties include MOA market assessments, defending and executing annual sales strategies, creating strategic account plans, leading lead generation, negotiation, delivery and collection, expanding license and services revenue, and applying methodologies such as Miller Heiman and Sandler. Collaborate with HR to implement sales training and develop competencies in sales, management, and support roles. Build and maintain VP and C-level relationships, ensure client satisfaction, identify training needs, and manage CRM data, forecasts, and payment collections. Represent GeoSoftware at industry events and support marketing campaigns. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills required. Travel frequently; located in Santa Cruz, Bolivia; fluent in Spanish (and English desired).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with strategic sales methodologies
  • Spanish Language
