Job Summary
Monitor daily payroll activity, timekeeping, and job codes to ensure accuracy before submission, while coordinating Accounts Receivable, event payments, and sales routing with Sales & Events and Profitability Managers. Manage Manager Process Scorecards, forecast integration, and budget tracking to maintain reliable reporting metrics, and serve as the sole owner of document management, file organization, and version control across all company resources. Partner with Training & Development to identify root causes of recurring process failures and support targeted training initiatives. This full-time salaried management role supports all Elk Ave Hospitality concepts in the Gunnison Valley, fostering disciplined systems that enable leadership to make confident operational decisions.
