EGP Trainee / Business Manager role within Merrill Wealth Management focused on developing and servicing FA teams and their client base through the Elite Growth Practice. You will work toward licensing and designations required for the EGP Specialist path, with SAFE Act registration requirements for mortgage-related activities, and must obtain relevant licenses within a defined timeframe. Responsibilities include business strategy execution, client experience management, financial oversight, analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and risk/compliance adherence. Internal employees working from home may be required to work onsite per policy; role may be filled at Trainee, Specialist, or Senior level depending on experience. Minimum education is a high school diploma or equivalent; compensation ranges from $28.85 to $45.00 per hour, with opportunity for incentives and benefits.
