Job Summary
Establish project plans, define scope, and ensure successful execution of strategic and tactical sales initiatives for the Solutions business. Generate ideas to improve management of new business, develop strategies to meet client needs, and enhance the firm's offerings. Manage daily ad-hoc requests from Sales, evaluate current processes for automation opportunities, and drive change across the Marex Solutions Sales team. Collaborate with Front Office, Support, and Control stakeholders to implement business initiatives within a controlled framework, while overseeing Sales operational risk, conflict management, and training. Develop, review, and improve Management Information and KPIs to guide business decisions, assist in managing costs and budgets, and ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of structured products and OTC derivatives
- Experience in optimizing and driving automation
- A strong understanding of Sales business, products and defined functional areas
- Subject area expert with a deep understanding of Sales business, products and defined functional areas
- Very Strong Excel, MS Office skills
- A meticulous eye for detail
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
