Job Summary
Media Manager to lead end-to-end digital planning and campaign management across biddable and non-biddable channels. Develop data-driven media plans aligned to client objectives, build audience-first strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated media recommendations. Manage campaign deployment, monitor performance, and drive optimizations to meet KPIs, budgets, and timelines. Prepare regular reports and analyses leveraging first-party data, and engage with client stakeholders and media partners to provide strategic recommendations. Requires 3-4 years of experience in digital media planning and campaign management, hands-on use of Google Ads, DV360, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years of experience in digital media planning and campaign management
- Hands-on exposure to platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic
- Experience in audience planning, media strategy, budget allocation, and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign reporting tools
- Exposure to measurement frameworks such as Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, Attribution, and Media Effectiveness studies is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
