Job Summary
Strategic business management leader providing governance, analytics, and reporting for Control Management Testing Center of Excellence. Responsible for preparing and coordinating executive presentations for senior leadership, standardizing reporting and metrics, shaping the annual and long-term strategic vision with leadership, coordinating business reviews for the CAO, delivering concise overviews of priorities, progress and risks, translating data into actionable insights, establishing business management discipline and cadence, and building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and execution. Requires senior-level communication skills, expert PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to define requirements and partner with product/technology teams to drive outcomes. Minimum 5 years in business management, project/program management, strategy, analytics, finance, or business re-engineering; strong audit/control/testing knowledge; independent work style.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, project or program management, strategy, analytics, finance, and/or business re-engineering
- Demonstrated experience developing executive-level analytics and telling the story through senior leadership presentations
- Strong understanding of audit, control, and testing processes
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to define business requirements and partner effectively with product and technology teams to deliver outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and credibly present to senior leaders
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal direction, exercise sound judgment, and navigate ambiguity and complexity
