Job Summary
Achieve financial targets for the fiscal year and drive continuous improvement within the product portfolio. Develop business cases to enhance the product portfolio and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory adherence and campaign effectiveness. Negotiate agreements with suppliers and partners to secure new products and services while maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Lead project management efforts to deliver initiatives within agreed timelines and ensure administrative tasks are completed on time. Requires a B.Com or Marketing degree, 3-5 years of experience in insurance, fintech, or banking, and proficiency in financial reporting and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification such as a B.Com or Marketing degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in industries such as insurance, credit, loans, bill payments, fintech, tech products, or banking
- A strong understanding of transactional banking products and the ability to generate revenue from them
- Previous experience in a debit/credit card product environment is essential
- Familiarity with the National Payments Systems
- Proficient in product management, including financials, business case development, project management, and analysis
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite, with a focus on Excel or Google Sheets
- Proven ability to manage multiple partners, stakeholders, and relationships effectively
- Strong financial reporting, business case drafting, and numerical analysis skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the payments sector is a plus
- Experience in stock forecasting/management for tech products within financial services is advantageous
