Business Manager

Build and maintain effective communications with clients and potential clients while managing detailed client understanding. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client and company needs on an ongoing basis. Perform client visits as necessary to promote a positive relationship, noting that occasional travel will be required. Solve end-to-end problems for customers and deliver solutions while collaborating across departments. Focus on customers' expectations and strive for continuous improvement. Submit to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing as required by the Department of Transportation and insurance carriers.
