Job Summary
Associate in Business Management within our Finance & Business Management team, focusing on managing financial operations for the technology group, including annual budgeting, workforce planning, location strategy, and project/resource planning. Responsibilities include tracking forecasts and variances, expense allocations, stakeholder communications, ad-hoc executive requests, driving process improvements, organizing complex information for management presentations and dashboards, creating wireframes/mock-ups, managing projects and key work streams, identifying business risks and mitigating controls, and supporting audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables within the RCSA framework. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in business management/CAO/COO roles, with strong Excel and presentation skills and the ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Experience in a Business Management, CAO or COO role, including managing annual budgeting, resource planning and hiring plan implementation
- Strong attention to detail with a continuous focus on accuracy
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work independently
- Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas
- Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reports for various stakeholders
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
