Job Summary
Lead project management and automate processes by creating executive presentations, developing business cases for investment planning, and managing initiatives that attribute to department key objectives. Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and AI teams to implement new AI/ML projects, coordinate global stakeholder meetings, and deliver monthly status reports. Identify strategic improvements and mitigate business interruption risks using AI and ML tools while supporting the Global Command Center's migration to a new payments system. The shift is 9:00am - 5:30pm EST, with occasional weekend or holiday work for testing.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Business Management or Finance with an Operations and/or Technology focus
- Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work well under pressure and work independently
- Create executive presentations (both individual slides and structured presentations)
- Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization as required
- Ability to manage multiples priorities and prioritize workload accordingly to meet key deliverables
- Knowledgeable of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: Payments, Liquidity, Sanctions, Cash Account Management, Fraud, Risk and Controls
- Experience with Project Management tracking and tools for reporting and AI implementations
- The shift for this role is 9:00am - 5:30pm EST
- This role may require occasional work on a weekend and/or holiday for some projects that require testing
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: Payments, Liquidity, Sanctions, Cash Account Management, Fraud, Risk and Controls
- Experience with Microsoft tools for analytics and reporting
