Job Summary
Lead high-performing Employment Consultants across Epping, Baulkham Hills, and Hornsby by inspiring, coaching, and guiding them to exceed performance targets. Monitor site performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions while ensuring strict adherence to Inclusive Employment Australia requirements. Build strong relationships with employers, community groups, and local partners to drive life-changing employment outcomes for job seekers. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment through direct leadership and culture building. This full-time role requires a driver's licence, MyGovID, and willingness to complete a National Police Check.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Employment Services
- clearly demonstrated transferable leadership skills
- Exposure to people leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results‐driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
- Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments
- Proven performance management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
- Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for Employment Services
- Full Australian working rights
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- A Standard‐level MyGovID
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Availability to work full‐time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
