Job Summary
Drive new account openings by generating a prospecting pipeline and presenting engineering services to clients. Negotiate with clients and candidates while leading projects to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage project financials, including profitability control, and provide necessary resources for project execution. Develop action plans to reach objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams on recruitment and organizational development. Requires relocation to Troy, Michigan, with TN visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Formación en Ingeniería (automotriz, mecánica, industrial o afín)
- Recién egresado/Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en el área de ventas (prospección, seguimiento con clientes)
- Inglés Avanzado conversacional
- Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, selección & gestión, gestión de centros de beneficio
- Experiencia en el sector automotriz
Desired Qualifications
- Experiencia especifica en venta de servicios de ingeniería
- Experiencia previa en Project Management, Product cost Engineer
