Job Summary
Business Manager Aftersales role focusing on driving sales targets and market share for the dealer network, improving customer retention through aftermarket initiatives and effective service-lane performance. Responsibilities include promoting promotions/market opportunities to bring customers to service, integrating Aftersales with parts and service teams, supporting dealer in marketing plans and retention initiatives (BDC, OCE, marketing strategies), ensuring dealer information sharing for retention targets, maximizing distributor profitability through process improvements and rebates/incentives, and representing GM and its brands as an ambassador. Requires +3 years of experience in similar roles, English proficiency, ability to travel, and a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). Education: Industrial Engineering or Bachelor in Business or related experience. SPONSORSHIP NOT SUPPORTED.
