Job Summary
Develop and maintain ISO9000/IATF 16949 documentation for the Corporate Business Management System while implementing standardization across facilities. Conduct internal audits for support facilities, manage corrective and preventive action reporting, and coordinate external audits with certification bodies. Train the organization on documented procedures, organize management review meetings, and collect Key Process Indicators for performance reporting. Negotiate audit contracts, review customer bulletins and engineering specifications, and supervise the Environmental Representative. Requires domestic travel for audits, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of experience managing ISO-9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience acting as corporate lead for ISO-9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Knowledge of Quality Core Tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Must be able to walk production floor as needed for audits
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Lead auditor and Supplier Auditor Certification for IATF 16949
- Certified Storm Water Operator
