Job Summary
A Belmont-area bookkeeping role within a CPA firm offering business management support to multiple external clients. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, managing client budgets, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing monthly adjusting journal entries; compiling monthly financial statements; and assisting with quarterly tax estimates as needed. The role requires high accuracy, timeliness, and strong communication skills to service demanding clients while maintaining confidentiality. Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience; ability to multi-task and provide excellent client service is essential.
