Job Summary
Lead North America HP Solutions Services category management operations and drive profitable revenue growth. Design strategies and manage execution using market analysis and domain expertise to stay ahead of competition. Identify and implement process improvements, manage talent, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product/service development, supply chain, and finance to align efforts for category success. Analyze sales data and trends to evaluate strategies, shape sales approaches from market insights, and monitor performance. Provide leadership to teams, perform talent management (recruitment, performance management, coaching, career development), and apply expert knowledge to advance initiatives and KPIs across functions and regions.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field
