Job Summary
Manage program resources by conducting cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis while preparing financial data for internal and external customers. Oversee Earned Value Management systems through COBRA reporting and Comprehensive Estimate-at-Complete preparation, and assist with contract negotiations and pricing proposals. Collaborate with customers and functional teams to review contractual documents and manage Program Control Analyst staff. Work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, requiring a Top Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience
- Master's degree with 6 years of professional experience
- U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at the time of application, current and within scope, with a willingness and ability to get a SCI clearance
- Prior experience in finance, accounting and/or program control
- Understanding of government contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR
- Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and ability to apply them to multiple contracts, CLINs and control accounts
- Prior experience in a Program Control Environment - setting up cost control system, and monitoring costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and Business Warehouse (BW)
- Prior experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management
- 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off
- 10% of the Time travel
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- MBA or CPA certification
- Previous experience managing/supervising program, project, or personnel. This may be a lead position on a team
- Experience with Cognos forecasting system
- Current, active U.S. Government Top Secret with SCI clearance
