Job Summary
Manage program resources through cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis while preparing financial data and forecasts for internal and external customers. Oversee Earned Value Management systems, including COBRA reporting and Comprehensive Estimate-at-Complete preparation, to satisfy deliverables and support contract negotiations and pricing activities. Collaborate with customers and functional teams to review contractual documents and manage Program Control Analyst staff. This role operates on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, requiring a Top Secret security clearance. Located in Linthicum, MD, you will define mission outcomes within Northrop Grumman's Space Sector, leveraging expertise in government contracts and Earned Value concepts to drive program success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience
- Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience
- U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at the time of application, current and within scope
- Willingness and ability to get a SCI clearance
- Prior experience in finance, accounting and/or program control
- Understanding of government contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR
- Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and ability to apply them to multiple contracts, CLINs and control accounts
- Prior experience in a Program Control Environment - setting up cost control system, and monitoring costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and Business Warehouse (BW)
- Prior experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management
- 9/80 schedule
- Every other Friday off

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- MBA or CPA certification
- Previous experience managing/supervising program, project, or personnel
- Experience with Cognos forecasting system
- Current, active U.S. Government Top Secret with SCI clearance
