Job Summary
Business Management Vice President in the Home Lending Consumer Origination Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team who analyzes complex data, develops and delivers insightful reporting, and presents findings to senior leaders. Responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives across staffing, production, and sales compensation; guiding development of key drivers, profitability, and scorecards; collaborating with cross-functional groups; preparing high-quality senior management presentations; and supporting ad hoc requests and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational success and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
- 6+ years of relevant experience in product, Business Management, or COO
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present to senior/global leadership
- Authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship offered for this role
